![]() I called the guy that gifted it to me and he said that it had performed that way not long after he purchased it and he simply stopped using it and stored it in his garage until finally giving it to me before moving. ![]() It takes a minute or two to get it started again afterwards. If I keep the wand engaged, it will finally bog down so far that it shuts off. If I let it simply run without using the pressure wand, it seems to idle and run fine but when I engage the wand and it runs wide open, it begins to load up and bog down until I release the wand again. If I release the wand trigger and stop the pump it helps settle it down, but the longer it is used the more frequent the roughness becomes and it naturally effects the spray power. The pressure is very high and consistent, but after a minute or so the engine starts bogging down and running rough. It starts fine and runs smoothly until I begin spraying with it. I thought it was a great gesture until I took it out a few weekends later to use it. Operating the pressure washer in an ex-plosive environment could result in a fire. Keep maximum fuel level below top of tank to allow for expansion. Heat will expand fuel in the tank which could result in spillage and possible fire explosion. Someone gave me a nearly brand new Excell VR2500 pressure washer. Move pressure washer away from fueling area before starting engine.
